SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c., uses express courier for the delivery of products ordered by the Customer at the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order.

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c.’s aim is to keep the product safe at all times, ensuring that it is perfectly conserved throughout the trip.

PRIVACY LAW

Please be informed that, pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, the data provided on this site is collected for shipment and to create an invoice for the order.

In case of failure to provide the data, the order will fail.

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. undertakes to treat this data as confidential and not to disclose it to unauthorized persons or to use it for purposes other than those listed here, unless given explicit authorization to do so by the Customer.

After the signing of a commitment to confidentiality, such data may be disclosed to staff, directors and employees to preserve them and to carry out the activities mentioned above and will be used exclusively for the purposes of the service provided.

This data will also be made available upon the request of authorities authorized by law.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the Customer can directly and at any time, exercise their rights under Art. 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003, including, in particular, to be informed of:

• the origin of personal data;
• the purposes and methods of treatment;
• the logic applied in case of treatment by electronic means;
• the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
• subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative of the State, managers or agents.

The Customer has the right to:

• the updating, rectification or integration of data;
• the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or processed.

The Customer has also the right to object, in whole or in part to:

• the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection and for legitimate reasons;
• the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials, direct selling or for the undertaking of market research or commercial communication.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. guarantees that the products delivered will be equal to those shown and described on the site and in compliance with all regulations regarding the storage of products until the time of delivery to the place specified in the order.

The images on this site are provided to facilitate the Customer’s recognition of the products; due to changes in the packaging, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered.

As expected by the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/2005 (former right of withdrawal) and DL 21/2014 Customers of Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. benefit from a money-back guarantee with the ability to return products within 30 working days of receipt, except in the event that they are products which, by their nature, can not be returned such as perishable food items or personalized items.

The right of withdrawal is the faculty of natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

You must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address of Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. or e-mail info@maglificio3p.com within 30 working days from receipt of goods.

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal they must return the products purchased, in good condition and with original labels.

The packaging of the products must be appropriate in order to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labelling.

Products must be returned by courier at their own expense.

We recommend you use a traceable and insured method of shipping because Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. will not be responsible for loss, non-receipt of or damage to material submitted.

The goods will be refunded by Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. after checking the contents and status of products, within 30 days of receiving notice from the customer.

AVAILABILITY

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. agrees to show only products which are actually available on the site. In the event that the products are not currently in stock or if timely delivery can not be guaranteed, Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. will indicate the non-availability of the product in an appropriate manner.

The sending of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of any partial delivery, limited to the products which are available out of those ordered, as well as a waiver of any claim to compensation and/or indemnity.

Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. undertakes, moreover, by law, to inform the Customer promptly of the sudden unavailability of the product ordered and to agree on whether the order should be continued or modified to include similar products. In case the Customer expresses the will to continue the order, a maximum delay of 10 days may be applied.

PRICES

The prices of the products listed in the various sections of this site include VAT.

The prices charged for each sale are those listed on the site at the time of order by the customer and are subject to change.

The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of delivery, must be paid by the customer when ordering online, by credit card or bank transfer.

The tax records will be released by Maglificio Artigianale 3P S.n.c. upon delivery.

 

BILLING

For a tax invoice, your Tax Code or VAT number is required at the time of order and should be specifically stated in the order notes.

The invoice will be issued to the shipment of the goods and sent with it.
